At this point you will be asked to log on to your account, but if you do not yet have an account with PayPal, then simply create one yourself online at any time. Setting up an account is simple, all that is required is the information needed to process your order.
You DO NOT need a license to purchase. No club to join, No unions, No secret societies, No dues.
Though designed for businesses you do not have to be a business to make a purchase but your order is your agreement to follow and abide by wholesale practices.
Under penalty of perjury the act of ordering affirms that:
